no parking available- only street parking, but once you get used to the neighborhood, parking is fairly easy.
large balcony with a great view of stuttgart. this is a masionette, so you have the whole top floor. the layout is odd- a master bedroom with the shower en suit, and a smaller room that could fit a queen bed. suitable for a single person, a couple, or a couple with one kid. washer and dryer inside the apartment available ($500 to take over from previous tenant), full kitchen included. large storage space in an open attic. great landlord- very responsive.
