Sehr schön eingerichtete Singlewohnung in ruhiger Querstraße zwischen Kollwitzplatz und Kastanienallee. Super zentrale Lage und trotzdem absolut ruhig.
Die Wohnung liegt „zwar“ ebenerdig und im Hinterhof (der ehrlich gesagt auch nicht besonders schön ist), ist aber so gemütlich eingerichtet, dass man sich da einen wunderbaren Rückzugsraum schaffen kann. Die Küche ist winzig aber super praktisch und gut durchdacht, das Bad ebenso - es verfügt sogar über ein kleines sylisches Waschbecken aus einem ehemaligen Hotel.
Das Himmelbett ist sehr gemütlich - und es gibt ein kleines Schlafsofa für Freunde. Außerdem gibt es zwei Sessel und einen Tisch. Ein Kleiderschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
