Studio Apartment Single #1 has a private Shower/WC and small kitchen.
Studio Apartment Single #2 has Shower/WC and small kitchen in common use with the tenant of the neighboring apartment.
Included within the rent are usual rental costs such as: water, heating, building insurance, electricity costs, as well as weekly room cleaning, bed sheets, fresh hand / bath towels and anytime revocable Internet connection (Wi-Fi hotspots).
GEZ (TV / Internet) fees are not included.
Number of tenants per apartment or lease: 1
Rental deposit: 1.000 €
Monthly rentals:
Studio Apartment Single 1 # 665 €
Studio Apartment Single 2 # 595 €
Contract duration: Temporary, 3-12 months
City tax: Once between 20 to 24 €
