This central & furnished 2-room apartment will be available for subletting from March 1st, 24. The apartment can be rented for 6 - 12 months, depending on your needs and interests.
The apartment is divided as follows:
- Hallway with wardrobe
- Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine
- open fitted kitchen with dishwasher
- Bedroom with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table
- Living room with large corner sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet, television and dining area
In addition to filled wall and ceiling surfaces, the apartment also includes stucco moldings, oak parquet, a second light outlet in the living room for the dining table, a balcony with a beautiful view of the garden, concierge service, plates/cutlery, cups/glasses, cooking accessories and bed linen.
The apartment is located directly on the Ku'damm, but is very quiet because it is in the back building. The apartment will not be used for around 12-18 months and, depending on the agreement, can be sublet during this time.
The apartment is not suitable as a shared apartment.
