We ask for your understanding that this flat can only be rented to non-smokers. Two people can also move in by arrangement.

Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass diese Wohnung nur an Nichtraucher vermietet werden kann. Nach Absprache können ggf. auch eine zwei Personen einziehen.
Optional kann auf Wunsch kann eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Wohnung erfolgen.
