The double bed room has a desk, a closet and a TV, the single bedroom comes with a desk and small sofa, the bed in there is stapled and can be turned into 3 single beds. The living room has a TV Set, a Stereo which you can connect with your phone, computer or any other devices via bluetooth. In the front is a little walk-in closet where you can store clothes, shoes or any bulky stuff in shelves or on hangers.
The apartment is located in a very silent street in the heart of Charlottenburg in an old house build in 1907, located between famous Ku`damm and Stuttgarter Platz. The S-Bahn station is in 5 min walking distance, trains bring you to almost every Berlin destination in less than 30 min from there, Airport Tegel is about 20 min away by cab. It is majorly a residential area, but has great restaurants such as Salumeria de Pino for Lunch, Breakfast at Cafe Lenz or micheline star cuisine at Alt Luxemburg, just to name a few out of many. Besides schools, a primary school, Paula Fürst Schule and a secondary school, Sophie Charlotte Gymnasium, there are plenty shops or grocery stores as Butter Lindner are all nearby. Parking is available on the street without residency permission. Also the culture option in the neighborhood are extremely great, stages and concert halls are all in the nearby area, like Schaubühne, Staatsoper at Schiller Theater, Deutsche Oper, Renaissance Theater or music hall like Bar jeder Vernunft.
