In summer, the apartment is a green oasis, surrounded by trees and located directly at the park with a small lake - a paradise for runners and walkers. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. From a large 24 hour Edeka market, an organic market, a discounter, a drugstore and several banks to a post office everything is available within walking distance. Within minutes you can also reach one of the oldest and last neighborhood cinemas in Berlin "Eva Lichtspiele" and a variety of restaurants and take-out places.
