Rent 7 bedroom apartment of 250 m² in Berlin

The apartment is located in Kreuzberg next to Paul Lincke Ufer. The closes U Bahn is Kottbuser Tor or Görlitzer Bahnhof. A bus is leaving 50m away. The Apartment has a shared Terrace and a Rooftop Terrace with our neighbours. The main room of the apartment includes an open kitchen with all amenities needed as well as a nice sofa and a fireplace. There is one bedroom and one room where you can work in and watch movies on the projector that is available. We will lock one room where we ll put our private stuff. The Bathroom has a bathtub, shower etc. This is not a professionally rented out apartment but a private one that is only rented out while we are travelling, so we are only looking for one tenant during that period and would like to review applications.
