- Ganz in der Nähe zum Rosenthaler Platz (der sich ja in den letzten Jahren zum Zentrum der Kreativ- und Digitalkultur entwickelt hat) ist die sehr zentrale Lage dieser Wohnung kaum zureichend beschrieben: im Umkreis von gut einem Kilometer befinden sich Hauptbahnhof, Charité, Hackescher Markt, Museumsinsel mit Dom und Alexanderplatz sowie die bedeutendsten Regierungsstellen vom Kanzleramt über Reichstag und Bundestagsbüros bis zur neuen Zentrale des Bundesnachrichtendienstes.
- Die Vielfalt an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, BioCompany, DM,...), Gastronomie und Unterhaltung ist kaum zu toppen.
